1. Favorite Place I Went this Month
We ended up with last minute tickets to Disney on Ice and it was a blast. I was singing the entire time and Graham cracked up every time Goofy fell down, and he fell a ton!
Oh! And duh – Josh and I also went to Universal in early February. I’ve been so busy with other blog post deadlines, I haven’t been able to do any Universal posts. But I promise I’ll get them up!
2. Favorite Recipe I Made
So happy to be done with Whole 30! I made these delicious southwestern chicken egg roll wraps. It’s the perfect comfort food recipe.
3. Favorite Outfit I Wore
Loving this yellow dress from Old Navy. (It’s on sale right now too!) I’ve never been a fan of how I looked in yellow, but now that I’m writing a blog called Sunshine and Holly, I feel like I need a lot more yellow in my life. ☀
4. Favorite Book/Show/Movie
I just finished The Sisters of Glass Ferry and it was SO good!
5. Favorite Kid’s Item
I just bought Maddie these Cat and Jack sandals and I can’t get over how cute they are! They remind me of Mini Melissa’s for a fraction of the cost.
6. Favorite Beauty/Skincare Product
I found a random sample of this eye cream in my bathroom and accidentally realized it also works as an amazing eye-makeup remover. Crazy, right? So I tossed my other two eye-makeup removers and I’ve just been using this eye cream. It easily takes off my mascara and eyeliner without having to scrub!
7. Favorite Date Night
We did a movie date night this week and saw Black Panther. It was so good! One of my favorite super hero movies to date!
8. Favorite Cocktail
No new cocktails this month, but I have been enjoying a glass of wine here and there! Here’s a list of my favorites.
9. Favorite Target Find
The ice cream shoes and this bathing suit for Maddie are adorable. All the toddler girl stuff is so cute right now!!
10. Favorite Activity
Celebrating Valentine’s Day with these cuties! The weather here at the end of the month has been beautiful so we’ve been playing outside a ton too.
11. Favorite Restaurant
Our favorite restaurant hasn’t changed. We’re still loving Community Q BBQ. Yum! Check out this post to see our other favorite restaurants.
