Pumpkin Shaped Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish (or more to taste)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • yellow and red food coloring
  • 24 spinach leaf stems

Instructions

  1. Slice each hard-boiled egg in half.
  2. Mix the cooked yolks with the mayonnaise, mustard, and relish.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add drops of red and yellow food color, 1 drop at a time, stirring, until you reach the desired orange color.
  5. Pipe the orange yolk filling back into the halved egg whites.
  6. Top each half with a spinach stem.
